I have had four realtors in my life and by far Erin has surpassed all three prior. She came along after we had a horrible experience with our realtor for the house we currently purchased and she immediately put our minds at eased and seemingly came alongside us to advocate for us, and was the KEY reason we are even in our home today. She is kind, warm and very knowledgeable of the industry and so much more.

We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

She made sure that our closing went smooth without a hitch. It was great working with her and I look forward to listing many more properties with her!
