Lori was a major help throughout the whole process of buying a house. She was always on her top game of trying to help us out in the best way possible. She’s very knowledgeable about what she does. she has done an upstanding job of keeping communication with us throughout the whole process. There was nothing that was left unanswered. Hands-down, it was smooth sailing working with her would highly recommend.

My husband and I relocated to Texas in 2014. We didn't know anyone in the DFW area who could provide unvarnished truth about real estate. Our initial contact to buy a home was with Joni whom I found to be honest and direct. Subsequently, we worked with her partner, Jim Carter. While viewing homes with Joni, she informed me that certain neighborhoods did not warrant the price that sellers were asking. She also brought a property tax situation to my attention affecting a given area. I had already identified the issue and greatly appreciated her candor. We continued looking for homes with Jim and found him to be very knowledgeable about the area. Like Joni, he was candid about issues with different neighborhoods and homes. This was invaluable information for people unfamiliar with local real estate. The entire purchasing process went smoothly, and we greatly appreciated the friendly and helpful service provided by Joni and Jim.

Holly is always on top of things and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend her services.
