I changed realtors after my initial listing with a realtor from a different company attracted low offers. My neighbor referred me to his friend Tuan Le of Stansfield Realtors. He used a different marketing strategy because my property needed a few cosmetic repairs. I ended getting higher offers than I got with the initial listing agent. I always thought that realtors are the same! Mr. Le proved to me that whether you are selling or purchasing real estate, your realtor makes a huge difference. Allison was very helpful in purchasing my first home. I had a lot of needs/wants and she was able to provide several examples of homes that were best for me. When putting in an offer on the house I now own, she was able to suggest a price that was competitive and fair.
