Matt is the best at what he does! We would not want to use another Realtor, ever! He made the stressful process of buying a home fun, and as easy on us as possible. Negotiated additional buyer incentives from they builder/ seller. He even negotiated for the builder to deliver on new appliances (washer/ dryer/ refrigerator) at no charge to us, during the final deal on our home. Matt did all of these things mentioned on his own initiative to represent us to the fullest, having our best interest in mind, without us ever having to ask for anything.
