Charla is a great realtor. She displayed exceptional knowledge of the housing market . Charla was always available and made time for us on short notice as we searched for a house. Charla understood what we were looking for in a house and did an excellent job providing guidance, feedback, and making sure we were up to date with everything throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend Charla to others who may be looking to purchase a house or sell an existing house. He did everything that was expected and more, I could not be happier. The price was negotiated down and was able to push back the close date. He seemed very knowledgable about the area and was very open to meeting me and helping me every step of the way.

We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

Amanda was wonderful! We had to sell our dream home due to a divorce. Amanda handled everything with grace & professionalism. We had to move out of the area and she went above and beyond cleaning up & meeting service people while we were not close by during the sale.
