Erin is just the best- and we’ve bought and sold many many times. Of all I’ve worked with over the years I’ve been most pleased at how great a job she did / marketing and selling our home, in all the negotiations and in getting us to close. We got our buyer on our second day because of her. She kept us informed and advised us along the way. She knows her stuff. What a God-send! She’s a blessing and a joy to work with. I always felt like I was her only client- but I know for a fact I was not!! Also she bent over backwards to find us more than what we were looking for in this lease and negotiated that for us too!! My husband and I are right in the middle of selling our current home and buying our new home with Michael. And we cannot say enough great things about him! He is a really hard worker and he makes you feel like you're his first priority. Always punctual and responsive. Our favorite thing about working with Michael is his construction knowledge of the homes - we feel we can trust his advice - which is helpful when buying an older home.
