I found Beth when I was helping my elderly parents sell their house in Grand Prairie, TX. I went online to look for agents that had successfully sold homes in the same area and found she sold 3 homes on the same street or adjacent to the street where my parent lived. I am out of state so only had limited time in Texas during the whole process. She and her husband personally helped me with so many other things that I could not have done myself. For example, they helped move heavy furniture down a flight of stairs, helped load up a truck with bulky items to take to the dump, cleared the yard of debris and leaves after a heavy thunderstorm, and brought documents and a notary to the hotel where my parents stayed for signing. Now that's true dedication!! I really valued her great judgment, intuition, ethics, honesty, and straight forward approach. I highly, highly recommend Beth to anyone who is looking to sell.
