I changed realtors after my initial listing with a realtor from a different company attracted low offers. My neighbor referred me to his friend Tuan Le of Stansfield Realtors. He used a different marketing strategy because my property needed a few cosmetic repairs. I ended getting higher offers than I got with the initial listing agent. I always thought that realtors are the same! Mr. Le proved to me that whether you are selling or purchasing real estate, your realtor makes a huge difference. Allison was very helpful in purchasing my first home. I had a lot of needs/wants and she was able to provide several examples of homes that were best for me. When putting in an offer on the house I now own, she was able to suggest a price that was competitive and fair. Negotiations blew my mind - I bought my house below asking AND got a new roof at no expense to me. Closing was a pretty painless process as well. Ultimately, my experience with Allison and purchasing my first home was great. I will definitely use her again if/when the time comes to purchase or sell!

Right!!! This is my third excellent experience with Pam. My home was listed with Pam and on 2nd day of listing, house was sold!! This is 3rd house she has sold for me.
