We moved from across country and I’m not sure we would have if it wasn’t for Julie. Moving is never easy but with Julie working with us she made one of the most challenging decision in our life an easy one. She listened to my family’s needs and wants in our new home and community, showed a number of great areas around Fort Worth and worked around the clock until we found the perfect spot for our growing family. She was extremely knowledgeable of the geography, communities and resources each town offered. Julie had a great profession network with local builders real estate professionals that made the process seamless. She was always so kind, compassionate and really whole heartily cared for my family and our future happiness in Texas. She was professional; prompt for every showing, worked around our crazy schedule, and was able to be reached at just about any hour of the day. I would highly recommend and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better human being to have worked with during what was the biggest decision in my families life and our future.

Michael helped us tremendously this past summer in both selling our house and buying one. Following are reasons we would strongly recommend him to anyone: 1) Michael is very patient and will not put pressure on anyone to accomplish his agenda. He takes a genuine interest in people and strives to meet their needs. His patience was evident in the fact that he had no qualms about us taking all our seven kids on many house showings when we could find no one to watch them. 2) Michael is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. He is very careful to make sure paperwork is in order and is savvy when it comes to negotiating. 3) Michael is also a contractor and is a wealth of information regarding all things structural inside and out about houses and property. In the rare case he does not have an answer to a question or know about a certain issue, he will say so and then research the answer. He has many connections on a personal level to quality subcontractors that come in very handy when things need to get done quickly. He knows these people on a first name basis and they know him and trust him. 4) Michael is very good about being contactable and his communication is wonderful. This is extremely important when timing and communication are so important in selling and buying a home. The house we ended up buying came available late Friday night. We were able to contact him that night, and he set up a showing first thing Saturday morning, which was key in putting in an offer for the house that very day. 5) Michael and Michelle make a fantastic team. To have two realtors as knowledgeable as they both are working together is invaluable.
