Alisa Runge made the biggest decision of our lives a breeze. She walked us through every document, every communication, every home, and what to look out for every step of the way. There were no off limits times to reach her, and Alisa is an excellent communicator, giving us peace of mind every single day while shopping for homes, putting in offers, and ultimately buying our new home. While our time in the trenches of home buying is over, she's STILL going above and beyond making sure we are all set up in our new home. On the day she met with us to start our home buying journey, she was then going to visit my brother and his wife who had worked with Alisa 3 years prior to buy their home just to see how it was going. She is going to stay connected with our family for years to come. I know that whenever I may have a question, she is only a phone call away. Anyone looking to buy a house should be calling Alisa first because she is the best of the best.

I couldn’t have asked for more assistance. She knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Going with Missy as my agent was the best decision I made during a very stressful process!

From start to finish Clay made the house selling process extremely seamless. Clay's knowledge of the market, responsiveness and negotiating skills were second to none. I would highly recommend Clay to anyone that I know who is planning on purchasing a new place or selling their existing place. You are certainly in great hands if you choose to work with Clay Freed.
