Mr. Garner provided a service for us that exceeded our expectations. We requested a few modifications along the way to better suit our needs and the changes were made immediately. We have used him as our agent in the past and did not hesitate to request that he be included in our search for our new home. He did not put any pressure on us regarding any of the homes we viewed. He only offered his advice when asked to give his input. Amanda was very patient with me. I was VERY picky and we saw almost 150 homes (maybe more). I even had her going an hour away to look at homes and she did it with a smile and negotiated a great price for my current home. We had a lot of questions about home buying in Texas since we were moving from NY. She was very knowledgeable and wouldn't allow some sellers to take advantage of us.
