Luis went above and beyond, more than anyone realized. He was available for questions 24/7, he made us comfortable through the entire process, took an endless amount of calls from us and not once was I confused or uncomfortable through the process of buying our first property! He put 110% into this process and we are so grateful to have gotten to work with him! I mean it when I say we couldn’t have done it without him

Karen was the best. She was always available when needed and was excellent to work with. The entire process was extremely smooth because of her guidance and help. She always took the time to explain everything to us and even gave us recommendations for contract help with renovations we wanted to make after closing. I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.

Realistically I'll probably never move out of the DFW area. Furthermore I don't see myself leaving the area Lisa covers. Her retirement or my being forced to go somewhere else she doesn't cover are the only two realistic events that would cause me to use someone else. She stayed with my listing through things that most realtors, people really, would have noped out of. I can't go into too many details but I'll say someone interested in the sale was being just awful for no good reason, to the point where most people would have walked away. Not Lisa though. She stuck to it until the deal was done. I had all sorts of stressful things going on in my life, but thanks to Lisa selling the house wasn't one of them. She handled everything she was legally allowed to. It's honestly closer to working with a family member (that you like) than it is to working with a service provider. I'm shopping for new houses now and you bet your ass Lisa is the first person I went to to start that process. I am also OK with talking to anyone considering using Lisa if more information is needed. Thanks Lisa.

Nancy is the ultimate professional and did an amazing job helping us sell our home. Selling a home can be stressful and she walked us through the process and set appropriate expectations along the entire journey. Not to mention that COVID hit just after we listed our home!
