If there's another star in the ratings, I will give it. We were relocating from out of state and had limited time to spare to purchase a house and fly back. Lucy understood the situation and jump in lining up appointments daily and even over a holiday. Everyday after viewing which ends like 6 or 7pm, she will confirm which are potential we favor and still proceed to send us listings close to our "wants". Before the nite is over she sends reminders if we have any listing we particularly liked and next morning she will add to the viewing list. She is fast and we appreciate all the feedback she gave us especially her expertise in housing. She is by far the best in her profession without doubt. She is committed, honest, frank, efficient, personable, and professional.

I contacted Daniel he was very helpful with information pertaining to property and gave me leasing office manager information. They worked with my husband and I until our apartment lease was up and held property for us. Thank you so much because they cared more about taking care of customers. A.H.

Michelle & Brittany were so easy to work with during our sale. We were basically new to selling and they were available whenever we had a question or needed something. They were honest, respectful, and diligent. They went above and beyond for us!! We would use them again in a heartbeat and will refer them to our friends & family.

Realistically I'll probably never move out of the DFW area. Furthermore I don't see myself leaving the area Lisa covers. Her retirement or my being forced to go somewhere else she doesn't cover are the only two realistic events that would cause me to use someone else. She stayed with my listing through things that most realtors, people really, would have noped out of. I can't go into too many details but I'll say someone interested in the sale was being just awful for no good reason, to the point where most people would have walked away. Not Lisa though. She stuck to it until the deal was done. I had all sorts of stressful things going on in my life, but thanks to Lisa selling the house wasn't one of them. She handled everything she was legally allowed to. It's honestly closer to working with a family member (that you like) than it is to working with a service provider. I'm shopping for new houses now and you bet your ass Lisa is the first person I went to to start that process. I am also OK with talking to anyone considering using Lisa if more information is needed. Thanks Lisa.
