Amanda was wonderful! We had to sell our dream home due to a divorce. Amanda handled everything with grace & professionalism. We had to move out of the area and she went above and beyond cleaning up & meeting service people while we were not close by during the sale.

Julie Wilkins with Wilco is awesome! She definitely knows the market well including what is soon to come, not yet listed, etc. She keeps clients informed throughout the process and is very friendly and easy to work with. She is definitely a "go-getter" and strives to meet the needs of the clients. She went out of her way to find us a home in a sought out neighborhood and was able to find us one not listed on MLS due to her knowledge. We will be using her again!

Karen was the best. She was always available when needed and was excellent to work with. The entire process was extremely smooth because of her guidance and help. She always took the time to explain everything to us and even gave us recommendations for contract help with renovations we wanted to make after closing. I highly recommend her.
