We ran into Nicole at an open house that she working for another agent. We talked and let her know we were looking at buying and/or building a house in about a year. She started showing us houses and designs so that we would be ready. She also said that she could sell our house. She listed our house and sold it for more than I thought possible (before it went on the market) while helping us close on a new house within the same week. What we like most about Nicole is that she is so personable and really knows the ins and outs of selling and buying a house. I can't even count how many houses she showed us without putting any pressure to buy. She even went as far to continue to remind me about my budget. The house that we purchased was one we had looked at earlier and she said you need to look at it again, which we did. When we walked in the second time we knew we were at home and put in a bid. We are 100% satisfied with her and the mortgage company (SWBC) she had us use. We feel that we do not have an agent anymore but a family member that will help us sell or purchase another home!

When I look for a realtor I want one who isn't going to sugarcoat but tell me how it is, and what I can expect. I want one who is going to be receptive to my ideas but also fight for my best interest, and I want one who is communicative and easily reached to answer my plethora of questions. I got all that and more from Susan. From day one she let us know the best path forward and was prompt in her communications about the house as well as the state of the market. I could not have been happier with Susan as our realtor and would recommend her every time.
