We ran into Nicole at an open house that she working for another agent. We talked and let her know we were looking at buying and/or building a house in about a year. She started showing us houses and designs so that we would be ready. She also said that she could sell our house. She listed our house and sold it for more than I thought possible (before it went on the market) while helping us close on a new house within the same week. We are 100% satisfied with her and the mortgage company (SWBC) she had us use. We feel that we do not have an agent anymore but a family member that will help us sell or purchase another home!
