I was absolutely delighted with the job Chase did as my agent. His knowledge of the business was very thorough. I especially appreciated his keen eye for potential problems with the houses we looked at. I also appreciated his patience throughout the process. I wanted to take plenty of time and be sure the house I bought met all my needs. It did take time but Chase seemed to have no problem with that and was quite willing to let me move at my own pace—not rushing things as some realtors seem to want to do.
