I've dealt with Robin on two occasions when selling property. Each time she has proven to be reliable, honest, knowledgeable and most important for me caring and flexible. Robin was always available to take my calls even after hours which meant a lot as I work weird schedules that do not allow 9-5 consultations. She was with me every step of the way coaching and advising. She not only helped me get my home on the market, she also gave me tips on what to do to get my home show ready and advised me on trends in the local market which prompted me to consider my original plans for when to sell. It all went smoothly and worked out great both times. I always felt that Robin truly cared about me as a person and not just a potential client. I would use her services again definitely.

We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.
