I can’t begin to explain my awesome experience with Maria. Right from the start she made sure to explain exactly how the process of my first sale was going to go from start to end along with paperwork, there were no doubts in my mind about a single thing. Despite us thinking we’d sit on this property for a while and 10 active days on the market she managed to get my property sold beyond what we imagined it would. There are not enough words to say thank you!!!!

Our experience with Susan was wonderful. Being a first time seller she was very knowledgeable on giving us information we were not sure about. In a slow economy it was very frustrating at times, Susan was there for us every step of the way. We are very appreciative of Susan and thank her from the bottom of our hearts.

When home went on market they stayed at my home for showings, there were so many folks set to view, they wanted to be available to help. They were readily available for any of my questions and explained all the offers coming in. They informed me of any next steps so I was always kept in loop. They sold my home in a day and managed the full day of showings, with a smile on their face and much enthusiasm. I am sure they were exhausted though. I refer them to my friends and family, I trust them to help with the biggest purchase/sale they will make. Words can not express the gratitude I have for them helping me manage selling and moving.
