Star was able to get us both what we wanted. He wanted to be as close to the city life, I wanted the square footage and we both were set on a price limit. She was able to find us a home that made us both very happy. She never seemed to lose her patience after all the viewings that didn't cut it. She answered every question we had with great timing. When she didn't know the answer herself, she went to the right people to find it for us. That would be the only reason I give her a 4/5 in process expertise.
