We switched directions several times and Ken never blinked at our indecisiveness. He was always quick to respond to my questions and requests. He kept us grounded and always looked out for our best interest in pricing, negotiations, and overall value. We have no plans of ever moving again, but I guarantee if we do Ken will be our go to agent.
