I changed realtors after my initial listing with a realtor from a different company attracted low offers. My neighbor referred me to his friend Tuan Le of Stansfield Realtors. He used a different marketing strategy because my property needed a few cosmetic repairs. I ended getting higher offers than I got with the initial listing agent. I always thought that realtors are the same! Mr. Le proved to me that whether you are selling or purchasing real estate, your realtor makes a huge difference. Michelle went above and beyond to help us sell our house. We had some issues with the survey and the first owners building a fence on land that was supposed to be an alley way. Michelle had to do some research on the property and figure out how to proceeded with the sell and she put in a lot of hours doing it. If we every need to move we will be using her again.
