We live in another state and his caring nature to help us in virtually every step of preparing our home, researching the market for pricing, assisting with contractors contacts and just overall guiding us through to a successful sale relieved so much potential stress that we greatly appreciated having him as our realtor from beginning to end. She was so great about asking what my likes and dislikes were and helping me realize exactly what I was looking for.
