Overall it was a fairly straightforward process and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again!

Michelle went above and beyond to help us sell our house. We had some issues with the survey and the first owners building a fence on land that was supposed to be an alley way. Michelle had to do some research on the property and figure out how to proceeded with the sell and she put in a lot of hours doing it. If we every need to move we will be using her again.

The mortgage process was smooth and we felt confident going into closing. Doug Tucker worked hard to find us an affordable home in a safe and established neighborhood. The school district was very important to us, and continues to impress. We will be using him for all future real estate transactions.
