After many very frustrating months of trying to sell my house myself and through another realtor- a friend suggested I call Tina. What a difference! Her knowledge of our area market allowed me to finally relax and let her handle the endless negotiations involved in selling an older house in need of much TLC. Michelle went above and beyond to help us sell our house. We had some issues with the survey and the first owners building a fence on land that was supposed to be an alley way. Michelle had to do some research on the property and figure out how to proceeded with the sell and she put in a lot of hours doing it. If we every need to move we will be using her again.
