We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

If I could give Ken 10 stars, I would! If you want a professional with a personal touch, then reach out to Ken to find you the perfect home. He worked hard for 10 months to find us our forever home. We switched directions several times and Ken never blinked at our indecisiveness. He was always quick to respond to my questions and requests. He kept us grounded and always looked out for our best interest in pricing, negotiations, and overall value. We have no plans of ever moving again, but I guarantee if we do Ken will be our go to agent.
