Erin is just the best- and we’ve bought and sold many many times. Of all I’ve worked with over the years I’ve been most pleased at how great a job she did / marketing and selling our home, in all the negotiations and in getting us to close. We got our buyer on our second day because of her. She kept us informed and advised us along the way. She knows her stuff. What a God-send! She’s a blessing and a joy to work with. I always felt like I was her only client- but I know for a fact I was not!! Also she bent over backwards to find us more than what we were looking for in this lease and negotiated that for us too!! We moved from across country and I’m not sure we would have if it wasn’t for Julie. Moving is never easy but with Julie working with us she made one of the most challenging decision in our life an easy one. She was always so kind, compassionate and really whole heartily cared for my family and our future happiness in Texas. She was professional; prompt for every showing, worked around our crazy schedule, and was able to be reached at just about any hour of the day. I would highly recommend and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better human being to have worked with during what was the biggest decision in my families life and our future.
