Rebecca Townsend is not only the absolute best Realtor in Texas but also a genuinely wonderful person. She was very patient with my husband and I as we had difficulty coming to a mutual decision on the home of our dreams. We described what we had in mind and "Voila" here we are in our new home which exceeded our expectations. Her professionalism and knowledge navigated us through a rather unusual mortgage broker experience and landed us in our home two days earlier than we even expected. I truly can't express how much we appreciate and value Rebecca and her team.

The Property was well marketed and a Great Effort in Preparing the Property for Showings. The Open Houses held were Marketed and the Agents who did the Open Houses put in a lot of effort in doing the showings. Communication between the Agent and the Owner was Exceptional and also maintained Good Communication between the Opposing Agent and the Owner. The House was Presented really well the Marketing of the House and the Effort that went into getting it sold was Remarkable. Glenda was on top of things, her Approach and style of Presenting the Property to the Public and the way she handled the entire Process was Extraordinary. It was a Great Experience working with Glenda and I would highly Recommend her to anyone who is Looking into selling their house and or buying a House. It was a Great Opportunity to be able to work with Glenda who made the whole Process so easy from start to the end.

Realistically I'll probably never move out of the DFW area. Furthermore I don't see myself leaving the area Lisa covers. Her retirement or my being forced to go somewhere else she doesn't cover are the only two realistic events that would cause me to use someone else. She stayed with my listing through things that most realtors, people really, would have noped out of. I can't go into too many details but I'll say someone interested in the sale was being just awful for no good reason, to the point where most people would have walked away. Not Lisa though. She stuck to it until the deal was done. I had all sorts of stressful things going on in my life, but thanks to Lisa selling the house wasn't one of them. She handled everything she was legally allowed to. It's honestly closer to working with a family member (that you like) than it is to working with a service provider. I'm shopping for new houses now and you bet your ass Lisa is the first person I went to to start that process. I am also OK with talking to anyone considering using Lisa if more information is needed. Thanks Lisa.
