Janis was aggressive with negotiating our initial offer, and even more so, once all the home inspections were completed. We ended up getting the house for less than what we anticipated we would have to pay. We are glad we trusted in Janis, and we will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future.

I live out of state from the property I was selling with Al and he had my back so much. He went above and beyond to meet cleaners, gardeners, roofers, etc. at the home since I could not be there myself. I truly do not think I would've been able to sell the house without his support.
