Erin is just the best- and we’ve bought and sold many many times. Of all I’ve worked with over the years I’ve been most pleased at how great a job she did / marketing and selling our home, in all the negotiations and in getting us to close. We got our buyer on our second day because of her. She kept us informed and advised us along the way. She knows her stuff. What a God-send! She’s a blessing and a joy to work with. I always felt like I was her only client- but I know for a fact I was not!! Also she bent over backwards to find us more than what we were looking for in this lease and negotiated that for us too!! I found Beth when I was helping my elderly parents sell their house in Grand Prairie, TX. I went online to look for agents that had successfully sold homes in the same area and found she sold 3 homes on the same street or adjacent to the street where my parent lived. From the very beginning, she was wonderful to work with and more than exceeded our expectations. She knew the local real estate market and her estimate was spot on. We received 8 offers in less than a week. She provided impeccable recommendations when I asked to get the house ready for the market from the company to help sell 30 years' worth of possessions to cleaning services to repair/maintenance staff. During the negotiation process, she offered invaluable advice providing pros and cons of each step. She truly became though our strongest advocate once we made our decisions. Extremely responsive, I answers to my text questions almost immediately throughout the process. But her 10 star service (out of a 5 star rating!) goes well beyond that. I am out of state so only had limited time in Texas during the whole process. She and her husband personally helped me with so many other things that I could not have done myself. For example, they helped move heavy furniture down a flight of stairs, helped load up a truck with bulky items to take to the dump, cleared the yard of debris and leaves after a heavy thunderstorm, and brought documents and a notary to the hotel where my parents stayed for signing. Now that's true dedication!! I really valued her great judgment, intuition, ethics, honesty, and straight forward approach. I highly, highly recommend Beth to anyone who is looking to sell.

Realistically I'll probably never move out of the DFW area. Furthermore I don't see myself leaving the area Lisa covers. Her retirement or my being forced to go somewhere else she doesn't cover are the only two realistic events that would cause me to use someone else. She stayed with my listing through things that most realtors, people really, would have noped out of. I can't go into too many details but I'll say someone interested in the sale was being just awful for no good reason, to the point where most people would have walked away. Not Lisa though. She stuck to it until the deal was done. I had all sorts of stressful things going on in my life, but thanks to Lisa selling the house wasn't one of them. She handled everything she was legally allowed to. It's honestly closer to working with a family member (that you like) than it is to working with a service provider. I'm shopping for new houses now and you bet your ass Lisa is the first person I went to to start that process. I am also OK with talking to anyone considering using Lisa if more information is needed. Thanks Lisa.
