Not only is Donna’s knowledge of real estate excellent, she knew the area very well and was my “boots on the ground” for many aspects of the selling process. She always had a contact for a repair person, and knew who to use and who not to use. Her professionalism in and out of the office is above reproach. She effectively navigated my drama filled family keeping confidential information to herself. I have recommended Donna to others in Jasper for any real estate transaction. Again and again she went above and beyond what is required of an agent. Five stars aren’t enough. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Tom Ince was great through the whole process! Before the house was ready to put on the market his expertise on everything to do to get the house ready for showing, and getting those things completed was a tremendous help! After showing started he kept me updated on everything and stood by me all the way through getting a buyer, always helping to resolve anything and everything that came up until day of closing. I would definitely hire Tom to sell my house again without a second thought! Selling my house was much easier than I thought it was going to be with Tom.
