Before the house was ready to put on the market his expertise on everything to do to get the house ready for showing, and getting those things completed was a tremendous help! After showing started he kept me updated on everything and stood by me all the way through getting a buyer, always helping to resolve anything and everything that came up until day of closing. I would definitely hire Tom to sell my house again without a second thought! Selling my house was much easier than I thought it was going to be with Tom.
