Kathy was there every step of the way relaying information and answering questions quickly. When we called or texted ..she answered immediately! At the end of our escrow, right before we moved in we had a few issues with the previous owner. Kathy made certain those issued were resolved and even offered to take care of it herself if they weren’t resolved.
