Her customer service was also at the top of any list as she communicated with us about the condition of our home and how to list the property that was fair for us and prospective buyers. She continued to communicate with us through the entire process of listing, showing the property and closing the property. When some repairs had to be done to satisfy FHA requirements, she quickly found a company to complete the repairs for us to close on time. I would give Charlotte and her staff the highest recommendation for anyone in the Tyler-Longview area who is wanting to sell their homes. She will not disappoint..
