Robert is an extremely knowledgeable realtor who helped guide us through every step of the way on the purchase of our first home. He always picked up the phone every time we called and was willing to meet us at any house we wanted to walk through on our schedule. We never felt pressured and he helped keep us calm throughout the process!

I moved down to St. Petersburg from the DC area in January 2026. Josh came highly recommended from several friends who had used him as their agent when they moved to the area. He helped me with my first ever home purchase and I’m so glad I had him in my corner. Buying a home is stressful enough, but doing it from 1000 miles away is another story. Josh helped me every step of the way, even going above and beyond to tour properties, send me videos, and share his advice. He guided me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. As long as Josh is in real estate, I won’t use anyone else.

We worked with Doug Harris with Exit Realty regarding our Lake Tawakoni. He got us a deal we could live with. He was the 2nd realtor we hired to sell the lake property. The 1st couldn't sell the property. Doug came in and sold it for us by good old hard work. He kept our property refreshed on the various websites, which ultimately was the way it sold.
