David is so patient, very nice, and friendly, this was my first time buying a house and he told me what I should look for. I’ve been looking at houses since October of 2024 and we didn’t close till March of 2025. I had my daughter and parents with me for every showing and he was just so patient and always happy, I always saw him with a smile on his face.
