David Dutze, my realtor, did an amazing job in helping me to list and sell my 1955 midcentury modern home in Dallas, Texas. He was able to accomplish this task in about a month and was successful in securing $38000.00 over the original offer. I lived in my home nearly seventy years, along with my children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. As I aged, I realized that the time had come to gather my most precious and prized possessions and move on to my daughter's home in Arlington, Texas. As one can imagine, it was very difficult to leave my home and most of my furniture (sold with the house), due to there was not enough storage space at my daughter's home. David helped me and supported me all through the process. I have beautiful memories from living in my home but now I am making new memories with my daughter and her family.
