Chris helped us find an amazing lake house. He spent a lot of time understanding our needs, and searching for options which would best suit us. We do a lot of large group entertaining, wanted a place where we could own the land and had other specific items we were looking for. We were also doing a 1031 Exchange which complicated matters, but Chris was able to work through it with the seller.
