I met with several realtors before deciding the work with Von. I was impressed with the thoroughness of her research and in-depth analysis in determining the listing price for my home. Most other realtors just thought for a moment and threw out a number. Von was professional, direct, and honest in providing detailed guidance about which upgrades must happen before photographing/listing and which things were a waste of money. Von’s contractor contacts were instrumental in getting my house ready on my aggressive timeline. All work was done and the house was listed 3 weeks from the date we first met. The house sold on the 3rd day on the market with multiple offers. She was a tough negotiator on my behalf when finishing closing the deal and closely read the contract before sending to me to sign. Closing went very smoothly and then Von sent a lovely, thoughtful gift to my new house. I cannot say enough good things about what a highly competent, hard working professional Von is.

Karen was not only a delight to work with, she was smart. Karen asked us what we were looking for and went and got the job done. We always felt she had our best interest first. We welcome the opportunity to work with Karen again.

We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

Realistically I'll probably never move out of the DFW area. Furthermore I don't see myself leaving the area Lisa covers. Her retirement or my being forced to go somewhere else she doesn't cover are the only two realistic events that would cause me to use someone else. She stayed with my listing through things that most realtors, people really, would have noped out of. I can't go into too many details but I'll say someone interested in the sale was being just awful for no good reason, to the point where most people would have walked away. Not Lisa though. She stuck to it until the deal was done. I had all sorts of stressful things going on in my life, but thanks to Lisa selling the house wasn't one of them. She handled everything she was legally allowed to. It's honestly closer to working with a family member (that you like) than it is to working with a service provider. I'm shopping for new houses now and you bet your ass Lisa is the first person I went to to start that process. I am also OK with talking to anyone considering using Lisa if more information is needed. Thanks Lisa.

I’ve used many realtors in the past and I consider Bob to be the best by a long shot. Bobs knowledge of the industry put my wife and I at ease during every step of the arduous process. Bob not going only secured our ask price within a month of listing, but he was also there for us on our moving day to load boxes and complete final touch ups on the house.
