Malik goes the extra mile. Every step of the way we knew that he put us before himself. He has a natural gift of understanding people, making it feel like we were looking for a house with a long-time friend who knew exactly what we wanted rather than someone we just met. He was always responsive and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly from offer to closing. The idea that buying a house is stressful doesn’t apply when it comes to working with Malik because he handles the entire process with efficiency and proactive communication. We’re so thankful to have found Malik and we will recommend him to anyone we can.
