Deborah did an in- depth market analysis of our area and walked thru each of the homes for sale in our surrounding neighborhood so she could understand the competition. Before we put the house on the market, she also walked through our house and gave suggestions so it would show at it best. We had several offers within the first couple days of putting our house on the market. Deborah quickly and clearly communicated each of the offers to us and corresponded back to the buying agents. Our house was priced on the high end, and she was actually questioned by some agents how she got to the asking price since it was well above others in the neighborhood. Deborah had done her homework and was confident in the price set for our house. We ended up getting $20k above our asking price - and it appraised at the price the buyer offered.
