The Property was well marketed and a Great Effort in Preparing the Property for Showings. The Open Houses held were Marketed and the Agents who did the Open Houses put in a lot of effort in doing the showings. Communication between the Agent and the Owner was Exceptional and also maintained Good Communication between the Opposing Agent and the Owner. The House was Presented really well the Marketing of the House and the Effort that went into getting it sold was Remarkable. Glenda was on top of things, her Approach and style of Presenting the Property to the Public and the way she handled the entire Process was Extraordinary. It was a Great Experience working with Glenda and I would highly Recommend her to anyone who is Looking into selling their house and or buying a House. It was a Great Opportunity to be able to work with Glenda who made the whole Process so easy from start to the end.

This is our second time working with Holly to sell our home. The first round was a direct sell where she came in to help with all the formality/communication/organization/etc needed for a smooth sale. This second round was straight to the market. This was my 29th home purchase and the 1st time I used a Realtor. I told Patricia I didn't need a Realtor the 1st time she stopped by. But after meeting her I knew she was special, so after a few days I called her back and she set with my wife and myself for 4hours discussing the entire process to make sure we were comfortable and provided everything in paper form as I'm and old school guy. We had a unique situation as I am 100 years old and most thought I was crazy to buy a home at my age. I'm not the easiest person to handle because I have my own way of doing things so at times, I'm stubborn. But Patricia is very confident and knowledgeable of the Real Estate market, and it comes across in her conversations, so it put our fears at ease, and we were able to get it closed in under 30 days with VA!!!
