Carolina was a great agent. She was very professional and always returned our calls and emails promptly. She has a vast knowledge of the real estate market and was willing to go the extra mile on our behalf. Since we live out of the Dallas area, she went several times to the house to make sure that the grass was watered and mowed, that the house stayed clean, and was willing to meet contractors on-site when needed.
