We navigated a few hurdles this time around—one lost bid and one contract we had to cancel due to inspection issues—but Brent never pressured me. In fact, during the final negotiations for the home I eventually bought, he actually encouraged me to offer a lower price than I was already willing to pay. I was referred to Vicky through a friend and so far I'm very pleased with the experience. I am not a fan of real estate agents - I never feel I can completely trust them.  With Vicky, however, I have full confidence that she has MY best interest in mind. Vicky is extremely responsive, very honest and full of integrity.  My price point is between $350-400K but because of the crazy market in the Plano, Frisco, McKinney areas I may have to increase it. She also knows how to avoid a bidding war and 'get the deal done'.  Due to my busy work schedule traveling all the time, we have not found the right property yet.  I highly recommend Vicky to my family and peers.
