Realistically I'll probably never move out of the DFW area. Furthermore I don't see myself leaving the area Lisa covers. Her retirement or my being forced to go somewhere else she doesn't cover are the only two realistic events that would cause me to use someone else. She stayed with my listing through things that most realtors, people really, would have noped out of. I can't go into too many details but I'll say someone interested in the sale was being just awful for no good reason, to the point where most people would have walked away. Not Lisa though. She stuck to it until the deal was done. I had all sorts of stressful things going on in my life, but thanks to Lisa selling the house wasn't one of them. She handled everything she was legally allowed to. It's honestly closer to working with a family member (that you like) than it is to working with a service provider. I'm shopping for new houses now and you bet your ass Lisa is the first person I went to to start that process. I am also OK with talking to anyone considering using Lisa if more information is needed. Thanks Lisa.

We started the process with an offer through a third party and when those negotiations broke down we went to market. We had it listed for a week and then we were under contract. Overall it was a fairly straightforward process and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again!

Right!!! This is my third excellent experience with Pam. My home was listed with Pam and on 2nd day of listing, house was sold!! This is 3rd house she has sold for me. Always professional and honest and I never have figure out what is going on because she is always communicating with you. Good or bad, Pam will keep you posted. I changed realtors after my initial listing with a realtor from a different company attracted low offers. My neighbor referred me to his friend Tuan Le of Stansfield Realtors. He used a different marketing strategy because my property needed a few cosmetic repairs. I ended getting higher offers than I got with the initial listing agent. I always thought that realtors are the same! Mr. Le proved to me that whether you are selling or purchasing real estate, your realtor makes a huge difference.
