Nadir is such a pleasure to work with. Home buying is a stressful process and real estate agent can be a huge help to make it a stress less experience, and with Nadir we certainly got that. Due to his extensive knowledge and good advice the process became simpler. His technical understanding of construction and structures helps a lot in analyzing the property. We felt that Amy showed strong marketing knowledge and knew the system well to manipulate through it all to get you your best chance with a market now that is so bad for the seller. Communication was good but we wished it could have been more frequently just for encouragement and not wanting to give up….her negotiating skills very good and again showed us she was pulling for us and wanted to try her best to get things where we wanted them. We thought initially getting a different realtor but we both agreed she really was the best option for the sell of our home.
