Amelia Valdez was absolutely amazing in every capacity throughout our move from El Paso to the Dallas area, where we ultimately found our home in Waxahachie. She was always accessible, consistently kept us informed, and arranged showings for every house that interested us. Our search lasted more than six months because we were very particular about what we wanted, and Amelia remained patient, dedicated, and supportive throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of the local market was impeccable, and her exceptional negotiation skills gave us complete confidence that our best interests were always being represented. Amelia is also incredibly personable, which made every interaction with her easy and comfortable. Her communication style was easygoing and reassuring while remaining professional and informative. She answered all our questions, addressed every concern, offered invaluable guidance during the contract process, and even helped us find repair professionals after we purchased our home. Amelia continually went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and cannot recommend her highly enough. Anyone who chooses Amelia as their realtor is truly getting the best!
