Namika is very patient, professional agent, she is very adamant about understanding what you want along with walking you through the process, making sure you understand how the process flows, the do's and don't of the industry. I have and will continue to recommend her to everyone I know. With her expertise in the real estate field, I was able to get the home of my dreams.

Due to a recent surgery we were unable to get to Texas see a house that we purchased site unseen to be close to family. Nick was able to negotiate a great deal with the new home builder including a very nice discount on the purchase price along with credit towards closing!! He also went above and beyond to help us with finance options and inspectors in our area. More importantly he gave us the peace of mind to get us through a stressful situation. We could not be happier with our choice to work with Nick.
