Mandi did a great job. She was extremely professional. Our listings were a little over an hour drive away and rural, they were often not clearly marked. She showed up early to each one and was prepared with the paperwork and location of the property prior to us arriving. She communicated very well with the seller to answer any questions we had. She checked in regularly with us, the title company, the seller and the finance company in order to ensure the process went smoothly and no milestones were missed. Altogether the process was very smooth and painless and could be compared to having a waiter with perfect timing that does not check in too often and does not neglect you.
