We couldn’t have experienced such a smooth sale and buy in this crazy market with out Boo. He was extremely knowledgeable with attention to detail and attentive to our needs and questions. Thank you Boo for always having our best interest at heart and helping us get our dream home!

Three years ago she was our buyers agent during our move from Alabama. Organized, prompt, patient and efficient while looking at nearly 20 homes over a weekend. Now as our sellers agent, she proved to be thorough, diligent and committed through the finish line. She even helped us find our rental before closing during the holidays. We have recommended Ferris to several people and we’re extremely blessed and thankful to have had the opportunity to work with her.
