Courtney is amazing! She gives you a home buying guide to help you understand the process, and it's super easy to follow. From late night texts, to last minute house showings, she was available to us any time we needed it. She helped us negotiate an extra 2.66 acres into our deal at ~$50,000 less than asking price! She was honest, upfront, and forthcoming about issues. She is truly there for you and has your best interest at heart.

Our family was making a cross country move to Texas and needed a local agent to help find a house. Courtney was everything we needed and more. She made buying a new build seamless. She also helped us coordinate our new purchase with the sale of our old home, and the whole process went smoothly. If you need an agent who will inform you, advocate for you, and get you into your dream home, Courtney is your person!
